We stayed as a family on one of the dublex villas on site. On arrival, our check-in was quickly dealt with, and we were soon in the villa. The villa was warm with underfloor heating and the children were quickly exploring, finding both a jacuzzi and the hot pool waiting to be filled. There is a shop on-site and there is a large shopping centre just 5 minutes by car for all your needs. The grounds were well kept and very relaxing, it would be great if we could spend more time there in future.

I have stayed in Dündar Termal Villa with my old mother in October-November 2017 for 10 days. We like it and, of course we would like to come here again. Very big villa. Good new furniture and carpets. Floor with the heating. Clean. All devices work. There were everything, that we need: plates, cups, glasses, kettle, pans, microwave oven, gas oven, hair dryers, washer, knifes, spoons, forks, plasma TVs. Private swimming pool has ideal size 1,5 meters x 2 meters x 1,5 meters: I can quickly fill it with water and regulate the temperature. It is so relaxing... I lay in this water for 1-2 hours... with temperature about 37-38 degrees Celsius... It is really relaxing... My mother really liked a jacuzzi with warm termal water. I also like the territory: so many beautiful flowers, plants, different trees... Every day I take photos of different spices)). And there were so cute cats on the territory, I play with them every day)). The only bad thing is that if you would go by foot far away from the hotel in fields for about 1-3 km, you can be attacted with the wild dogs. So if you want to go to the shop in Afyon, do not go by feet. You must take the bus: there are buses to Afyon each 2 minutes (0,6$), they stop near Dündar Termal. When I have stayed, the wild dogs were between Alila wellness park and Afyon Kutahya Yolu. Dündar Termal is good protected agains dogs and against everyhting at all (security, video surveillance etc), but don't go outside far to the fields, even for making photos. Yes, I would like to come to Dündar Termal Villa again. This place it the most comfortable place, in which I have ever stayed before. The thermal water is very good for health. I recommend Dündar Termal for people, who are tired and want to stay in some qiuet, comfortable and relaxing place with beautiful flowers, clean air and all facilities.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed throughout the world, extraordinarily welcoming staff ( TEVFIK and his family) and ideally located. There is not a single thing I could fault but plenty to praise: - the location was superb, walkable to a lot of great amenities, including the local shopping centre, the supermarkets and everything else was a short bus ride away - the villa thermal pool was lovely and relaxing. We will book it for next summer inshaallah

Introduction eleven Turkish friends go on holiday, which always continues to surprise us with something only a pleasant! Once you have chosen what resort we go (Saturn Palace Resort) had to choose the destination buffer. Until last year stopped in Kutahya, but the day was a little difficult to waking up early, especially if you have to get after the Side, so we decided we walk 100 km to Afyon to ease the final route. Book: It can make complex website or websites devoted. I preferred the one of the complex, with a bit of persistence. We booked a total of three cottages, capacity 6 persons each. About the complex: Dundar Thermal is before the Afium outlet immediately after Korel Thermal Hotel very easy to identify. It is a complex of both residential and villas for rent. Each villa has a ground floor (living room, kitchen, bathroom, indoor thermal-capacity 3-4 persons) and floor (two bedrooms, bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub). There linen and towels but you need to have supplies for bathroom, except the existing liquid soap. The villas are clean, normal each equipped with LCD TV in living room, full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishes, etc..) Including barbecue on the terrace. The whole complex is clean, neat garden, secured parking and especially quiet. After 1,100 km a relaxing bath with thermal water and replenish you prepare for the day ahead. Mr. Tevfik Dundar is the owner of the complex, a special person. On arrival greeted us with cold mineral water and fresh cherries, and to return after the holidays, 0.30 am personally came to teach us the villas. Summary: A great destination for transit near the outlet of Afyon for those who like shopping, offering relaxation and normal services. The advantage is that until there are only 280 km Antalya, which are easy to navigate, so you get the desired spring break ready to start!

Me and my friends had a vacation and decided to go to Afon, cause other cities in Turkey we already visited a lot of times! We stayed in Villa Dundar for a week and it was amazing service for a good price. Rooms, towels and in general all villas were clean. Thermal pool was our remedy, so relaxing especially after one day trip to Antalya) But probably the best in this accommodation that all the stuff and owners are so helpful and friendly! We had a dinner with Mr and Mrs Dundar once and they are really kind and lovely people. They gave us a lot of traveling tips so we had chance to discover Turkey from the inside 🙂 Thank you so much for hospitality Mr and Mrs Dundar!

Very comfortable and spacious Villa (we stayed in two bedroom Villa) with a hamam incorporating a thermal pool - just wonderful!! the kitchen was well equipped so one can comfortably cook meals there; a little shop next to the reception has basics in store i.e.. milk, pasta, toiletries etc so no problems if you forgot something. Very helpful staff with the gentleman at the reception speaking very good english, which made things easier for us 🙂 There are couple of minor items that were problematic during our stay: almost non existent internet connection at the Villa and huge amount of flies inside the house!!!!!! bring fly spray with you!!!!!
